Rate assumptions for conventional financing include 0% origination and 1% discount points, 10% down payment, and a credit score of 740.  For FHA financing- rate assumptions are 3.5% down. 0% origination and 1% discount points and 680 credit score. Rate assumptions for Jumbo- nonconforming are 740 score 0% origination and 0% discount points.
